Once your order is placed then our design team will contact you within 24 -48 hours for your design customization and send you the Mockup for your approval.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@tapify.in with your order details and photo proof. Ensure the item is in its original condition with the manufacturer's packaging.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel, You need to login to your account , then go to orders and request for cancellation. Our team will review your cancellation request and approve it. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Yes, our products come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers tapping issues, provided your smartphone has NFC capability. If eligible, the card replacement is free, but shipping charges will apply.
